Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, hospitals around the world have seen a huge number of cases globally. However besides the number of admittance rising in the hospitals, there is a far greater issue that is already on the rise and soon it will be in a larger scale and that is the Economic complication leading the underprivileged into greater complication and financial crisis. The 1% Foundation in collaboration with Mission Save Bangladesh and JCI Bangladesh will be working hand to hand to cater the underprivileged all around. At this time there has also been a steep decline for a vast majority of the working underprivileged population. Bangladesh at the moment is still in a crucial position to actually understand if the RMG and other previously functioning industries would revive back into it's original state quite yet or even if it does how long after this uncertain pandemic. Therefore The 1% Foundation steps in eagerly and earnestly to bring about a shift into the mainstream industrial practice and start scouring new means of revenue generation for both the working underprivileged population and the country itself. The 1% Foundation will focus on training, teaching and equipping them into new field of expertise which will reap the benefits as the pandemic ends and in return we will assure their food and shelter. With Bdt 7800 a month (USD 90), we can support a family with food and shelter in return of learning a new skill. The initial sector of training will be focused on agro and dairy based. A camp will be set up for the trainees (who are unemployed due to the pandemic crisis) which will accommodate around 100 trainees. They will undergo a training for up to 3/4 months depending on the sector they choose to learn and work on. Upon completion the 1% Foundation will assist those who wish to work to get jobs in their respective fields and those who wish to start their own business will be introduced to SME Agro based financing and loans. You can support an unemployed worker to get back to work with new skills and satisfy their food and shelter in this tough time for a month with less then $100 usd. We will support, train and feed as many as we can depending on the funds raised.
